Idhammar MMS app for iPhone and iPad

Idhammar MMS has been designed to provide maintenance professionals with immediate access to their workload in remote locations or in areas where 3G or wifi connectivity is poor
The Idhammar iPad app does not require continuous connectivity with the central data repository. The workload assigned to the iPad owner can be automatically downloaded whilst within 3G or wifi connectivity range. Similarly, any updates that are made whilst out of range will be saved and synced with the core system when connectivity is re-established.
Idhammar MMS will help users improve the quality and efficiency of their maintenance management procedures whilst minimising costs and improving accuracy of records. Planned maintenance tasks together with ad hoc work orders are displayed on the iPad Job Monitor. The user is able to view his workload and save details of work completed together with details of materials used and time spent. An audit trail of all key transactions is maintained.
Supporting documentation relating to any work order is made available to the user and can be viewed from within the app. Digital images can be captured and attached to any work order. The user is able to record full details of the work done. Follow-on work orders can be created for other technicians to address at a later time if required. All data created locally is stored in core servers or on the Cloud.
Idhammar MMS will improve an engineers ability to be as productive as possible by streamlining the necessary administration burden and providing greater access to plant information. It will help to eliminate maintenance related paperwork and improve management by providing essential information quickly and in a user friendly style.

Analysis of the core data will identify rogue equipment on the basis of high cost or poor reliability. Statistical analyses of maintenance work and equipment performance are available as scheduled reports or in dashboard format. Maintenance stock control functionality together with replenishment purchasing and contractor management are provided to further streamline maintenance operations. Robust integration with other Idhammar software products including Idhammar OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Idhammar WCM (World Class Manufacturing) is available and extends the power and scope of Idhammar MMS.
